Warranty service

As a distributor, we have full support of Producers in service and warranty matters. We have at our disposal GTAC – global technical support centers, which, if necessary, are available 24 hours a day. Each of the Vendors with whom we cooperate as an authorized distributor provides our Partners, but also end customers, with warranty support at the highest level, in accordance with applicable regulations and applicable terms of cooperation.

In the case of GTAC Extreme – only employees with many years of experience in Extreme work there – they have direct contact with engineers and developers, which means that over 90% of problems are solved during the first phone call.
